As a business graduate with a honours degree from the University of Cologne, he combines academic depth with decades of experience in finance and accounting as well as in internal and external auditing - including in international contexts within and outside Europe. Florian Habel continues to pass on his expertise today as a lecturer in auditing at a university in the Rhineland. He continuously expands his own further training by participating in international specialist conferences, among other things.

His work focuses on ensuring responsible corporate governance and promoting transparency and integrity.
